The Lintel International One Metre is the most recent design by Dave Creed. Dave Creeds best known design is the “Starckers” Marblehead which in the capable hands of Martin Roberts won the title at the 2006 Worlds held in Fleetwood.

The Lintel was designed to replace the Slim Chance which has been found to be a very fast boat in a straight line but lacking a little in manoeuvrability.

The result is the Lintel which sports very unique lines, most noticeably the sharp edge in the gun walls as well as the fullness in the bow. The design provides slightly improved light weather performance but most noticeably the ability to carry the no. 1 rig in to a stiff breeze. The manoeuvrability has taken the required step forward and the boat excels in choppy conditions.
